Coahuila Travel Guide

foto 3Coahuila, the third largest state in Mexico, is located in the northeast of the country. Because of its location, close to the US border, many transnational enterprises are based here, transforming Coahuila into a highly developed state, with a growing automobile industry and home to more than 90% of the country's coal reserves.

Even though Coahuila is famous for its manufacturing plants and mining industry, it is also known as a place where adventure tourism and hunting are as important as business. Coahuila has a state-of-the-art infrastructure perfect for conventions and it also offers many different interesting activities to enjoy, maybe that's why they say Coahuila is the place where the business traveler becomes the vacationer.
